The personal support you need is here, no matter when you need it. At your initial diagnosis, you’ll be assigned a designated digestive care coordinator who will be with you all the way through each stage of the recovery process. Your coordinator will be available to answer any questions about scheduling, treatment, therapy, and whatever else may come to mind. It’s all simply to make your life easier.

Based on the information you provided, you may be eligible for free or low costs screenings through the Florida Department of Health’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program.In addition to screening services, the Department of Health may be able to provide further financial assistance if breast cancer or other health issues are diagnosed. Since 2010, AdventHealth has been helping women be more than a statistic. The Breast Cancer Care Fund supports the 1,000+ newly diagnosed breast cancer patients treated yearly at AdventHealth. Your support provides vital resources to women throughout our community.
Breast cancer is the second-most common cancer and second-leading cause of cancer death in women. Each year, an estimated 40,000 women die from breast cancer, and annual mammograms are the most effective tool in the fight. Since 2010, AdventHealth has been helping women be more than a statistic.
Your support provides vital resources to women throughout our community. AdventHealth has provided hope and healing to hundreds of women through efforts that include, but are not limited to, early detection screenings, research, wellness and lifestyle resources along with survivorship education programs to support those impacted by breast cancer.

- Early Detection and Treatment: Such as screenings and early diagnostic testing
- Risk Assessment and Genetic Counseling: Risk-assessment support and intervention options to prevent the development of breast cancer

- Community Education and Awareness: Promotion of routine mammograms and self-exams
